12:00-5:30: Golf tournament and time on your own to enjoy the resort activities
5:30 pm: Reception and Exhibit Fair Bingo
6:30 pm: Dinner Buffet
6:30-9:00: Evening presentations and conference conclusion

After submitting registration, return to this page to submit your exhibit fee and book your hotel stay below.
2. Exhibitor Registration Fee:
Exhibit Fee: $3,500 per table, includes attendance of 2 company representative badges. Additional representative badges are $350 each. All conference meals included. Optional Golf Tournament is an additional fee of $159/ golfer and will be collected at the conference. Advanced sign up required for golf.

3. Hotel Reservations:
WSANS has secured a group rate at the Lodge at Suncadia for September 13th and September 14th. This rate is available through August 26th, 2024, based on availability. If guests are looking to book for dates other than this, they will need to call the reservations department to make the arrangements.
There are 2 ways to make a reservation:
- Online Reservation.
- Contact our reservation department at 866-904-6300, and say ‘I need to make a reservation.’ Reference the WA State Assoc of Neurological Surgeons Sept. 2024 or G-F2WT room block and a reservation agent will then be able to assist.
