WSANS has secured a group rate at the Lodge at Suncadia for September 26th and September 27th. This rate is available through September 15th, 2025, based on availability. If guests are looking to book for dates other than this, they will need to call the reservations department to make the arrangements.
There are 2 ways to make a reservation:

- Contact the reservation department at 866-904-6300, and say ‘I need to make a reservation.’ Reference the WA State Association of Neurological Surgeons Sept. 2025 or G-H675 room block and a reservation agent will assist.
